Introduction

Forces-Agri is a unique support group, linking ex-military to British agricultural industry, our aim is to support and train ex-servicemen and women for a rewarding career in Agriculture. The objective is to support, mentor and develop ex servicemen and women to facilitate a rewarding career in Agriculture, following on from their careers serving in her Majesty’s Armed Forces. Making the transition from military life to civilian life is a challenging process, and one that can be a more difficult road to travel for some, depending on an individual’s own circumstance. We aim to not only provide the support but a clear route of passage, for any ex service personal to be equipped with the knowledge, the resources, the support and career opportunities to help make the transition from service personnel to a rewarding career in British Agriculture a success.
